Our Story

Back in 1989, group founder Mr David Soh Kok Chuan entered the residential industry as a humble interior design contractor. Under his leadership, the group had since undergone various waves of structural reforms. We now have entrenched experience in several fields of the real estate industry including construction, property development and diversified investments.

With a progressive vision, Mr Soh founded KCS Design & Construction, the construction arm of our group back in 1995. Since incorporation, KCS had commissioned more than 60 landed projects within Singapore itself.

With vast experience in constructing landed projects for our partners, DDS Development was born in 2004 to join the ranks of fellow property developers whom built the dream homes of new High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWIs). Since 2013, DDS evolved to become a boutique residential development firm that serves a niche group of sophisticated and forward-thinking home-seekers.

Most recently in 2014, the group embarked on a massive corporate restructuring exercise under the leadership of Mr Sebestian Soh, the son of Mr David Soh. In his appointment as the Group’s Executive Director, Sebestian is tasked to modernise all of the group’s business processes in addition to restructuring of the group’s assets. His first initiative was to give the group a new life through the brand of Soh International, a move in recognition of the group’s heritage on top of signalling the group’s readiness to take on a bigger playing field.
